Important information about website bookings

By booking a Borderland Tour, you will have had the opportunity to read both our FAQs and our terms & conditions and thereby we are satisfied you agree to them.
Cancellations
We have a cancellation policy of 7 days whereby up until 7 days before a tour takes place, a full refund will be given if a tour is cancelled, less a 10% admin fee.
You can change tour dates at our discretion and if availability allows you to do so.
We reserve the right to cancel a tour for unforeseen circumstances. Full refunds will be given if this unlikely event happens.
Alterations to Tour
Borderland Food Tours reserves the right to alter details of the tour e.g. due to weather, traffic/road issues, transport availability, availability/opening of attractions, availability of supplies & circumstances outside our control.
Age Restrictions
As Alcohol is served on the tour, there is a minimum age requirement of 18 years old.
Dietary requirements
Specific dietary requirements can be catered for with advance notice. This should be done at the time of booking. At least 72 hours is required for alternative food preparation arrangements. Any food allergies or intolerances should be made known at the time of booking.
Included in the Tour
Guided transport throughout the tour, entry to some stated sites, drinks & local produce as listed plus drinking water provided all tour.
Not included – train tickets, overnight accommodation.
Misconduct
Borderland Food Tours reserves the right to refuse any person on board whose conduct or manner is likely to cause offence or upset other guests. In such cases no refund is given or further liability of that passenger to Borderland Food Tours.
